http://translate.google.com/ http://translation.babylon.com/ http://nihongo.j-talk.com/kanji/ Are you people even trying? I got through the registration by just looking at the name of the links and form variables in the page-source. Machine translation tools make it MUCH easier. |

Re: Pixiv Community Artists
this is cool and all. I don't mean to bump, but pixiv is all in japanese. I managed to get an account, but when I went to log in it wouldn't let me.

Re: Pixiv Community Artists
There are two things you can do about that... 1 re-enter your name its Case Sensitive in the name line, I had to enter all lowercase to get in. If I capitalized the first letter it didn't recognize the account... etc...
2. get the password retrieval page up.. -->※pixiv ID・パスワードを忘れた (on the blue login button in the upper right hand corner) Enter your mail address click the bubbles for ID or Password (should be obvious cause ID has.. well ID in the line) Then enter your e-mail on the next line... and whichever one you requested should come to your inbox. |
Re: Pixiv Community Artists
only problem is I can't get the password because I can't read the e-mails they send me. I can translate everything around the message, but I can't get the japanese lettering to come up to translate.

Re: Pixiv Community Artists
... uh.. well.. I can't read anything in Japanese either, but I can navigate just fine.. it could be french... korean... sanscript.. I don't know... But all the sites would have the same things in common:
The way they distribute password recovery and login information. The methods are almost standardized. Usually they send a reset password link if you ask to reset the password, then you'll go to a screen to reset it from the link... *Edit: Just tested it, yes it does work exactly like I said. No knowledge of any language necessary. Just your E-mail inbox. The link goes to a very... empty... page with three entry bars, the second and third are obviously the generic "new password" and "confirm Password" entry forms. |

Re: Pixiv Community Artists
Its his twitter, Yuuki Yuma, or just Yuuki on pixiv as you already know.
I don't think his pics are on danbooru or its clones so I can't tag search his O.C. for his circle name, if he even has one. |

http://www.pixiv.net/member_event.ph...2&event_id=805 is another sample this page showed found but i can't find any definite name....even after prodding around the what seems a dedicated website or his/her own web site (the artist likes to draw the tongue/mouth/eyes in that shape is the only indication i have that they're related) |
