Jace Beleren reminds me too much of a player I know who played me a fool. I got him a bunch of cards, and he flat-out beat me almost everytime with them. The worst part? He never paid me back or traded anything for them, so he owes me hundreds of dollars in cards.

I know Wizards loves the guy, but frankly... I wouldn't mind seeing him bite a fireball.

Sorry for the flaming. The picture's really good, but I just don't like the subject in question, in all honesty.

You're not the only one. Unfortunately, Jace seems to appeal to the moody, disenfranchised boys that are the game's player base. Just look at his design: scruffy hair, sour expression, often seen wearing a hood(ie). Give him some acne and a binder covered in scratchy ballpoint-pen artwork, and he'd fit right in at any given high school.
