The physical descriptions as well as emotional turmoil are well portrayed.

That's one of the goofy omake scenes from the Future Diary anime. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Future_Diary. It's a pretty dark mind fuck of a series but a lot of the episodes had little comedy omakes of 'alternate realities'.

Do you know the name of the episode or the episode number so one might look up the whole episode and post it here?
