I dunno what to tell you, guys. I don't hear much from Dave anymore. I have no news, so I haven't said anything.

If we aren't going to have a finished product can I ask for a refund adjusted for the amount of content not complete? I'd say that'd be a fair request for anyone who has invested into this

Also I agree with this, but from your GTS project, since I donated quite a lot to that and if it isn't going to be finished man, I would like a refund please. I could really use the money towards something else.

Re: Our new shrinking woman film!

No offense here, but are we going to get an answer here? I mean if neither the SW or GTS film is going to be completed, then a full refund is in order for all parties.

Fair is fair Qzar. Don't make us believe your not a honest business man please. I don't mean to call you out, but enough is enough. If something isn't done, then well... you know what will probably come next from not just me, but everyone else who funded these projects.

So just give everyone a refund. And learn to not deal with untrustworthy folks like this Dave guy. That is all.

I stand by that it should be a partial refund since some content was delivered. The funds went to paying people to have it produced. So a full refund would put qzar in the red to compensate and be punished for trying to have content produced. IMO fair is fair if both parties leave this deal according to what they received/produced so their is no "ultimate loser".

See, the problem is, Dave has the money, not me. It went to me initially because I set up the campaign, but it was passed along to him once they were funded to pay for production costs. So I actually CAN'T issue any refunds until and unless he gives me the money to do so.

Give us his info so we can start pestering him. Way I see it if he has no intent to finish his side of the deal and if he won't attempt to issue any sort of refund then he's stealing. That's bullshit so I'd like his contact info.

I know that, but I would just like to receive a refund. I understand that and I agree, but even if something was made, folks paid for a full product. But none the less, a refund of some kind would be nice ^^;

If that is the case, you have to shake his chains and let him know. That if neither project is finished or is ever going to be finished in a timely manner (In another words, there is proof it's being made) Then refunds need to be given to EVERYONE in both Projects or legal action will have to be taken against him. Since what Tjlemke said is right, it's thief and last time I checked, that has always been illegal. Qzar, you really need to get this squared away now with him or if something happens you could be dragged down with him. Now this is NOT a threat by any means, I would just hate to see someone innocent get caught in a crossfire of someone else's wrong doing.

But please get this resolved, we need some closure to this and if everyone else's money isn't going to be used, then a full refund needs to be given. Because if noting has been made, then yeah. Fair is fair in that aspect. I'm sorry this has happen to you Qzar, but you need to do your half and get this resolved.

Dave has probably skipped town. Nothing is forcing him to issue refunds; he is already through with this crowd. Unless you have a contract of some kind to initiate a lawsuit, I don't think there's anything that you can have done.

If someone is going to get screwed, Dave isn't going to choose that for himself.
