It explodes. So I'll just distribute all the unused Shrink votes from last game. To everyone!

I have 41pts to work with, and 15 people actively shrinking. So everyone gets 2 zaps, and I save the left-over to use in nonsense next game.

Also I'm having surgery tomorrow, so I'm giving out this week's shrink batteries early again.
