A little process is better than none.

Always remember: These aren't being made for us. They're being sanitized to appeal to the mainstream.

The best way to get the kind of content we want is to go to the artists/writers/filmmakers/sculptors/etc within the TF community. They know what we're looking for, and they aren't going to judge. Plus, they're less worried about what will and won't sell, and thus less likely to wreck the product.

Rely on people outside the community, and you'll be disappointed 9 times out of 10. Work within the TF community, and you'll be satisfied 9 times out of 10.

Anahki,

And I thought your craptascular comment was hilarious. We do deserve an alien invasion, metaphorically speaking. Reminded me of the movie Battleship. When they showed the world leaders reacting to the alien's arrival I thought to myself certain leaders would have begged to legalize them in order to get their votes.

JeremyP88,

Impressive find and a boon for you being a new member. Nice work. The TF almost seems like an audition for the aAWiL remake. Gritty, visceral, and at least part way there towards detail.

That being said, might I suggest an alternative?

I am very fond of tinkering with adding either sound effects or music pieces to clips such as this. Normally for my own tastes. Heart beating for female growth material, for example. This music video presents an excellent opportunity, not because of the preferred or disliked music in the background but simply to replace that with something more 'helpful'.

From exactly the 2:00 mark to 2:50 to trim out, I set the video speed to 0.99. This slows down the video segment so little that it isn't noticeable, but with my editing program it does void out the audio completely. What I put in its place worked perfectly.

Try "Hi-Finesse - The Wolf", ironically enough. See if it is agreeable to anyone who has the right editing software programs. My program, however, reduces the video quality and there is no way I can get around it with what I have.

So I stumbled upon this video, it there's no TF in this one. It's just one shot she faces the full moon, the next, she's already a werewolf. Oh and also you guys may not like the makeup either… so just check it out if you like?

Haha cute. Nice find. I like the makeup wish the c4s people could have done this. Too bad no studios do real tf anymore.

To be honest a lot of stuff like more intricate fur can require stuff like spirit gum(that's actually how it's called iirc) and you apparently *really* don't want that thing directly on your skin.

Like it can go beyond just itches and very much stuff like lasting rashes/etc well after you're done wearing the costume.

I have a feeling that page is a bit outdated as I believe the film has been renamed "Dances With Werewolves". However, I hadn't seen the screenshots on that page before so that was nice. Unfortunately, I've recently been checking for updates and haven't seen any since the announcements of a screening at the beginning of the year. Perhaps someone else may have more...

Update: Actually after looking closer, Multivisionaire posted the trailer on YouTube with the "Shewolves" title on April 24th... the original YouTube trailer was from silkpursepros with the "DwW" title was on Oct. 12, 2016. So, a mild head-scratcher

In North America the movie is called "Dances with Werewolves" and internationally it is going to be released as "Shewolves". Except for some limited runs at arthouse theaters, I don't think it's been released yet.

Right, and there are many locations in internet where you can get this comic. One of my old favourites, when Leo was nicely prolific and did some comics with less "american-native-esque" werewolves.

Hello all, decided to relate a few pices from tumblr into this thread as atonement for getting pissed off at people in the Betsy thread. (Although I will take this post to say again that he really wasn't making this film to pleasure a bunch of freaks on the internet but was instead trying to actually make a decent film) but anyway here are a bunch of post from
http://wolfmonsters.tumblr.com/

which is a pretty cool place you should check out.

Anyway, here are the pictures and all that I would add is that the skin-wolf here might be my favorite redesign of a werewolf that I've seen.

Female werewolves these day are indeed quite rare, but there might be a chance of seeing them again. Next to cat-folk of course.

I fully understood. Mainstream films and media, for the most part, aren't out to appease us. They won't make their money that way. It's the same reason why comic book-based movies aren't made for comic book fans.

Enjoy the few that are appealing by accident, but the ones who truly understand fans in the community are other fans in the community.

You could support her on patreon to get the comic pages earlier but I wouldn't recommend it, it's literally only one page ahead of the deviantart page and the tf still hasn't started. I have already paid like 15 to $20 for this comic, so it's been a waste if it's shared I deviatart so soon. I'll prob withdraw the support soon as there is really no good incentive for patrons

Yeah not worth it takes forever just for 1 page I'm talking like a 2 months or more

Well, the artist is very good, but sadly she had to adjust her policies for her Patron, it is important to keep a good balance between the free and paid stuff, and also have something worthy to offer. If I were her, I would charge per page instead of per month, just to say.

The latest issue of the Dungeons & Dragons comic (Frost Giant's Fury #5) has the start of the Nerys lycanthropy arc.

The D&D comic works in a short series with different subtitles for the stories. As of right now, I'm not sure what the name of the next D&D series will be; or for that matter, if there will be one. The end of the Frost Giant's Fury arc has one of those annoying "To Be Continued?" ends on it. I imagine the series has been doing well enough to continue, though; hopefully there'll be some payoff.

For those who want to see the major points of the story, Nerys was introduced and bitten in the Shadows of the Vampire series; the flashback shows the bite. The allusion to her infection occurs in Frost Giant's Fury.

Nope. If I remember well, I read some very bad comments about the movie, and it will probably won't have a half decent TF onscreen. But that is better than nothing, right? :)

Maybe not, but the idea of taking the vampire lesbian seduction tropes and doing it with werewolves has me wanting to take a look. Especially as it's confirmed there will be at least four of them in this film.

Yeah... quality of the TF aside I've been looking forward to this for ages if only for the plot. Excited to hear it's released, sad that it appears to be only in the States. I can find it on Amazon.com but not Amazon.co.uk (or any other vod service). Anyone know how I can watch this in the UK? Thanks!
