While wandering Youtube I managed to unearth a set of audio ASMR stories that fit this REALLY well and are exceedingly well acted, and best of all, free.

These might be some of the best transformation acting I have ever heard, you can really tell the difference between when Angela Jekyll and Lola Hyde are talking, but it also has a good transition between the two voices so you can hear them fighting for control.

Playing around with stable diffusion to generate sequence images for a morph video. You can generate interesting images :D. Sorry for the wobbling morph though...

The video file type is: RIFF (little-endian) data, AVI, 640 x 640, 9.00 fps, video: H.264 H.264 X.264 or H.264
It should be able to play in VLC or MPlayer.

Anyway, for a different sequence, I have tried a different approach, where I used stable diffusion to generate the intermediate frames (instead of using GIMP+GAP). The result can be seen at https://gifyu.com/image/SEdYT [35MB], lower quality version at https://gifyu.com/image/SEdYE [5.5MB]. Still playing around with the prompts and parameters in stable diffusion.

I'm old enough that I first saw it on HBO back in the '80s, and I own it on DVD mainly for nostalgic reasons. It's not a very good movie overall, but as The AP Ninja observed, it has a decent M2M transformation sequence. (There is technically F2F transformation, but it happens offscreen and/or via cutaways.)
