Okay. So I've been looking into alternate avenues to produce the content you were originally promised. Dave is being spectacularly unhelpful and uncommunicative, so it looks like this may all fall on me. That said, I don't plan to leave you people hanging, so I have a couple of possibilities. Also what is the answer to my question above Qzar and is the GTS project going to be done the same or is that a whole another issue? Sorry if I'm becoming a broken record ^^;

Well, I would've preferred to refund the gts project since it isn't partially fulfilled like the sw one. However, since Dave isn't talking to me much, if I can't get the money from him I'll just have to take steps like I have here. I'll let you know.

Was this deal done with Dave or his company? Because if it was with the studio wouldn't it fall under the new owners responsibility to finish this project?

You gave money to me, which I transferred to Dave. I don't think Betty Jaded (new owner) agreed to accept any responsibility for unfinished projects, and even after the sale Dave said he was supposed to finish them.

Here we are, 3 weeks more and nothing to show? So is there anything? It would be good to hear some news ^^; So I can stop bumping this and it's not forgotten... and I don't have to come back in 3 weeks again to squawk like a parrot :/

There's no update because I don't have any news. I'm trying to get something together, but my funds are limited as I just took a huge pay cut when I involuntarily changed jobs. Dave won't answer any questions I ask and seems to have no intention of doing anything else about this project; I'll tell you more when I have more to tell. Okay?

I'm a little surprise I'm really the only one to raise trouble over all of this. But I won't ask anymore. To be honest I only spent 25$ on this and I got more Clip's then 25$ would normally get me. So I really have no need to bug the guy. If something comes of it cool if not lesson learned. Kick starter and these sites are investment sites basically. And sometimes your risk does not pay off it's what happens in the real-world all the time. sometimes you don't get your money's worth or back.
