It's been seen one other place that I know of--earlier in this thread. I had been really hoping to find the source as well.

e: Also, if it was SW, why would she be visibly younger with her age specifically mentioned?

I thought I saw it here (no luck searching so far) with 2 or 3 more images. If I remember correctly, it was about a girl who wished to be normal height (like she was when she was younger) because she felt she had gotten too tall. Then overnight she got younger - so she's happy to be younger and shorter.

Yeah that sounds like the one alright, and I'm also fairly certain it's buried in the pages of some thread here as well. It's also why I wasn't sure it was AR or if she'd only just gotten her wish to become shorter again.

I wish I knew where, been searching for it for years now.

I can give you what info I got. It's a canadian movie. In Canada its title was "Antidote". I had the luck to watch it twice on Tv, but since then it never was repeated.
One or two years ago I found it on VHS on Ebay I think. But I didn't buy it then >_<
