Re: TG In Video Games
In Disgaea D2 coming this October to the US, there's some TG. I don't believe there's any process--Laharl just wakes up Laharl-chan. There's some pretty witty wordplay about it in Japanese, and it's pretty funny. I hope the localisation team does a good job.
Etna also gets temporarily recolored for the same arc. Personally, if I were in charge, I would have given her gigantic tits (like every non-main character) for comedic effect--the color swap is just generic. |

There's a bullet hell game called Espgaluda, its main mechanic involves gender bending. Unfortunately the sprites are small so you can barely tell the difference, but have some concept art.

In Bomberman Land Touch 2 DS, Timothy White, with the wand of the magician, can become anybody. Including Elisabeth Pink in order to seduce Théodore Gold.

Re: TG In Video Games
In the game Prototype, your character can assimilate the form of other people in the game, not much in it.
Also, I think there was a nes game where you play as a woman who used to be a man until cursed, dunno the name though. |
Re: TG In Video Games
The NES game is Crystalis. It was a bit like Zelda and you used a gender change spell to infiltrate a tribe of Amazons.
