I remember once old TV show with 'teh remote' (aus one), didn't have any process but they used it to get the guy to win the spag-eating contest, set him up then press fast-forward :P

ended with the other lot grabbing hold of teh remote and pressing the eject button, bout a quarter-ton of spag went over the kid's family in the front row lol
