It looks like single breast extension (unless the other one is suffering from foreshortening for pointing straight at the reader.. ooh some innuendo there..Nya~hahahahaha) for one frame, then its just a missile that hits random people in the others.. Err.. hard to say there, but its edging more toward just a weird attack.. could be BE though.. aagh.. so weird..

Found this in a recent issue of the Angel Club Anthology. The artwork is done by HGH and the the plot of this scene is rather simple. Boy uses magic to increase the bust of a girl...then sex ensues.

BTW, does anyone happen to have or know where I can find Angel Club 2007 Vol 08 and/or Vol 06? I can't seem to find the 8th vol and the torrent for the 6th vol is dead.

Which torrent site do you use? It's possible the files have been repackaged by another user and re-seeded on a different site? Try out Datorrents.com, I always manage to find some great, and often rare, items there.
