Did some clean-up on my lazy copy/paste for the original post (like correcting the date range). Revised and better worded some of the rules. Added the bit about gaining new shrink ray charges each week.

Also... I'm under 2 feet tall and each of my huge boobs is over 4 inches wide!
That happened fast...
