My translation of part 2:

Panel 1:

'This is bad. If I give her any more of that medicine, who knows what will happen?'

"No way, Kasumi. Any more and..."

As I was in the middle of saying that, a preposterously large wall of flesh appeared before my eyes. By the time I realized that it was actually Kasumi's enormous ass, it was already too late.

4:
As Kasumi's giant butt completely engulfed my face and it became difficult for me to breathe, I found that all of my body's movements had been restrained.

"It's your fault, you know! It's because you wouldn't give me the medicine."

As she said that Kasumi started checking my pants.

Thinking of the combination of Kasumi's unbelievably positive attitude and the very bizarre situation we found ourselves in, as well as what was to happen from hereon out gave me the chills as I found myself drifting off once again into my dreams...
