Not really. Must be the eyes and the way the body look, I didn't stick with proportions or try and fix the way it looked ( like moving the upper body closer to the legs like it should be. ^^; ) and the eyes are more closed off then my usual. Also sound effects. Hee hee. :3

My usual method of drawing is:

1) Draw circles for body head so on keeping sizes about even.
2) Ignore most of the circles and go off model anyways.
3) Draw body without details/clothing.
4) Draw clothing and details.
5) Mouth and nose.
6) EYES! I love making up eyes. :3
7) Draw hair.
8) Save PSD, save JPG.
9) Throw away all work from 1 to 8 and steal someone elses sketches instead.
10) Post them on internets as my own work.
12) Profit!

:)

Haha, well at least you go through a lot of work to get to steps 9-12. :p

Huh, so you do the mouth and nose first, eh? I always start with the eyes and bleed outwards when I do faces. Eyes *are* fun. :)

But anyway, yes, this is a good picture. Ha, she's acting surprised, but by what she's wearing there I'm a little skeptical. She was ready. ;)

Have you got a tablet Test? I have found out the hard way that it is difficult to go from pencils to digital colour with out any steps in between. How does one get clean lines?

Yep, it's all tablet and photoshop drawings. :)

As for clean lines, well, you might be asking the wrong person that (;)) but for me and my own drawing style, I have thick black lines to work with, so after I've drawn them and start to lean them up, I use the eraser tool and just kinda whittle away at the lines, fixing and bumps or bad edges. I also use a lot of layers on top of layers so when I get to cleaning I don't erase lines I don't want to. :)

Oh, and to give the illusion of clean looking lines draw at a much higher resolution then normal, like I draw at 1500x2000, then crop the image after I've drawn it and THEN half the size before posting it on the forums. Looks nicer and gives the illusion I've actually gotten better at it (I haven't ;)).

Illusions are as good as reality when creating images.

Here's something that's been churning in my head for a bit. Natsumi Hinata (Keroro Gunso fame) in gothic lolita dress. Why? I think it's lovely. She might not agree. :)

I used http://carriebbs.hp.infoseek.co.jp/w..._natsumi_a.jpg as a reference, so you know what she looked like before. I'm mentioning this because I know a lot of people will putter off because said drawing has a character in some animated series they never saw, so any and all creative ability that went into said image is a total waste and they won't waste their time saying or doing anything nice or helpful and instead read mangas and view process sequences of characters they never knew of before but it's ok because they suddenly don't need to anymore. HUR. You know who you are. :|

For everone else... uh enjoy? :)

This really does look like something some gun of the sergeant's would do in another one of his half-baked plans. :p

Fun times, Test. Good job on her expression and the outfit. :)

More fun times to be had! :)

So, she left her meds on the pedestal. The tall, out of reach pedestal. Why? Maybe she's an idiot, or just liked the challenge. Or the excitement. ;)

...but there's more! See, this isn't the only shrink you'll see posted tonight, there will be more of them in this thread over here: Lets Shrink Characters for the Holidays! That is an open thread for shrinking, just read the first post and follow through to get the character you want smaller sized. :D
