Dunno if it'll help your search at all, but it was done by the "Japanese AP Team", who went on here by the name "kingyo". I don't think they're active anymore, unfortunately, so you can't contact them directly.

Does anyone know where http://visibletime.ararchive.com/_An...227800024_.jpg this is from? I tried searching for manga from the authors name that's in english in that pic but I really come up with nothing so far

It's from Kamen no Maid Guy, it's in one of the later untranslated volumes.

I'm not sure on the exact episode...but I can tell that was not an AP, justher clothes desintegrating. I fell on the same trick until Chriskim told me about the scene XD
