Unfortunately, I don’t think it was either of them. This looked like someone who could pretty much dead-on mimic the style of the show, where the two you mentioned have their own distinctive styles. I’ll still give it a look though.

There's been a short that I feel was posted here at one time but I can't remember what it was called.

It was a short made within the last couple years of this old woman going through the mountain as she gradually regresses everytime she gets closer to this fruit tree, to the point that once she gets to the tree she regresses to infancy. When she eats the fruit she ages back. It's a beautiful short I just can't remember what it's called.

That's not what i'm looking for. The manga in question had the 2 characters in a bedroom, and the male was human and around his early or late 20s. He first ARs into a little boy then turns into a female.
