I should get my hands on the volume this wednesday though I`ll say this so you guys don`t get high hopes on the day.

I most likely won`t have it fully scanned on wednesday since I`ll be back quite late.

To make the process of scanning faster what size should I set it to for example B5 etc.?

Also thank you very much Silver Spoon can`t wait to see it.
I hope someone will finish the un-finished and fully translate it

I HAVE IT IN MY HANDS!!!!!!!!!!!

Its been a long wait but I will start scanning it tomorow.

Considering the process after confirming it first hand, I will start a new thread in the GTS section so as to indicate that I`ve scanned the volume.

For now I`ll say this.
1)She actually appears out of the DVD drive of a computer after a small explosion.
2)Vol.01 has 3 cases of size process, 2 GTS and 1 SW.
GTS #1 is off-screen and its from small to human size.
SW is revert however clothes don`t shrink but we don`t actually see her, we only see her clothes fall, basically the SW was almost instantaneous.
GTS #2 is at the end of the volume and its slower, clothes tearing and LOTSA LIGHTNING.

Just before the SW revert occured there was a crackle of lightning as well.


After the 2nd GTS to human size we`re taken to another place around the world and we see 2 people speaking, a maid and a girl connected to a CRAP load of machiary. Seriously theres a gigantic pipe tube thing connected to her throat and other stuff.

My point of me bringing this up is that they`re speaking a different language.

I sincerely hope that someone or a group will translate the volume.

I`ll keep you guys upto date on the progress of the scan of vol.01 at least once a day.
A preview for vol.02 indicates it`ll be released in 2011.

Got Lucky Star: Pocket Travelers today. I'll start scanning the pages soon, but here's some basic information as a heads-up:

1.) The series is 7 chapters long and one volume.
2.) The color pages from chapter one are preserved in the collection.
3.) Only one of the girls (Tsukasa)'s clothing rips when she grows. When the other three girls grow back, their school uniforms grow with them. Miyuki grows back to normal in chapter 3, Tsukasa in 4, Kagami in 6, and Konata in the final chapter.
4.) Nearly everyone included up to the time of the TV series is here. The only exceptions are Yui, Akira, Misao, Ayano, Miss Kuroi, and Tsukasa & Kagami's other family members. (Minoru is an anime-only character.) Miyuki's mom is the only adult shown in the volume (not counting a brief appearance by Konata's dad in an image in her brain in one panel).
5.) The series ran in volumes 1 and 2 of CompAce 2008, and then skipped a month and ran the rest from 4 to 8.
6.) The end of the manga has comments from the author, who's a flying ice cream cone with devil wings and tail.
7.) Between each chapter are splash images, mostly of unrelated scenes with the girls in cute costumes.
8.) Akari Ryuryuh really likes perspective. He likes to use the girls' little size to his advantage. Such as Tsukasa sleeping on a dog, Konata sliding on the floor in a bottle cap or using a capsule top as a hat, or the girls bathing in small containers. There's also a lot of shots where he has the normal-sized girls tower over the shrunken ones. He also did two Lucky Star shorts in manga compilations prior to this series, which look fairly similar, but not as well-drawn.

I can make a separate thread on Lucky Star Pocket Travelers of basic chapter synopsis's if you guys want. Maybe in Everything Else if that's possible? They look more like walking, talking dolls than shrunken girls.

1)I agree with you that they`re more chibi-fied rather shrunk but not so much.
I still feel like its SW.

Just start a new thread have the attachment pictures be the first few pages of chapter 1 which is the SW shock, then have download links.

I am going to be honest everyone.
The scanner I have is too old for my new laptop(got a new laptop about 3 weeks ago).

However I have a solution.
I will borrow my sister`s camera and take pictures of all of them.

Please be patient I will definately show you every page of Minimum vol.01!!!
