Didn't do now. My solution before knowing this would have been to clone the image onto a new drawing avoiding the areas I didn't want.

In my program- Paintshop Pro 4- you can apply 'filters' (effects, etc) to just a selected area. That's how I added the colors in the first screen test.

Understood, now that I know how to do partials I added 20% wind images as if the effect was traveling down his body, again let me know when you got them and I;ll remove them.
