Hmm... its kind of odd, but yeah, apparently she's strapping her breasts down with a large bra, and portions of her chest are poking out behind her rear... Don't ask me why.

Not familiar with Touhou, but I think I remember hearing a joke about a boob potion or something. Since I noticed an influx of Touhou BE pics and they all have the same bottle (my Japanese is rusty, so I can't decipher what it says). I think it's "Toudori Ehifu"? ("Totally F"?)
