Not necessarily BE, but breasts simply reshaping into a higher, perkier, younger shape. It is often a byproduct of old2young AR, but I rarely see or read any process focused on the breast firming. Anyone who does?

There was a scene in that PaiTouch H-Game (the one about the guy who becomes a replacement Chichigami (boob-god), and has to go around like the tooth fairy improving he size of girl's chests) where he's called by his friend's hot mom who asks that he refirm/youthify/etc. her chest. Good times.

I'm broadening the topic a bit now, and there's no explicit process here, but... have you ever noticed the wondrous effects being under water has on the female figure? Tummy tucks in, butt and boobs float upwards...

An internal bra that's inserted using only a small incision around the nipple. Makes me wonder what future ramfications this might hold. Will big-breasted women get this kind of surgery at a young age, to ensure their breasts will never sag with age? :D
