This one is sudden nudity (not total), but the change is in the society itself, not the clothes.

A good number of mangas, mostly ecchi, recur to the X-Ray specs. It's similar but can differ on the reactions, specially if the person is not aware of being seen naked.

Negima has quite a few scenes of sudden nudity from sneezing of Negi and Asuna who can null magic but every time she does it seems to blow off all her clothes. There is also the robots that shoot off beams that leave the victims nude during the Academy vs Martians part of the story.

On the subject of this there is a series titled "Shiritsu Sairyou Koukou Chou Nouryokubu" (Sairyo Private High School ESP Club) serialized originally on Comic SEED!, but moved later to Comic REX. It seems the espers use some sort of teleport which only works on organic matter, as a recurring joke they end completely naked most of the time, it's notable for the cover art, as seen in the attachments. (no Cover for v06, I am missing it as well).

Mika ni Harassment has a story where a girl makes a wish and changes the world to accept nearly naked women as a constant.

In the end, she reverses it for a moment. She changed it back out of embarrassment of still being 'dressed' for the previous world and ended up breaking the instrument involved in the change. Happy ending for all. :D

Sidenote: The same book also features girls as pets and a sort of mental regression for our poor protagonist.

Not sure if anyone else has posted this already, but Negima is a good source of sudden nudity, although as you progress in the series, it becomes less unexpected.

Well, I got something kinda related.
The game Ikki Rousen promises that every time you female character gets hit, their clothes will explode! Wish they had that in all fighting games.

I loved that chapter, especially the part when they first vanished and all that remained was there clothes, even before you see the next page your imagination goes crazy.

If only there was more scenes like that out there, there's just something about anime girls (and groups or couples) and teleportation that doesn't accomodate non-organic matter (clothes, etc.) that interests me. If I recall someone posted a comment that told of a manga series where just such a combination existed. has anyone found any scans of it yet.
