In a move called flesh gordon there's BE and they explode. Not sure of any manga tho.

Also I played this game a while back called Xpand where you can expand various part of females by pressing certain buttons. It was free but I can't find it again, it saw on my computer but I lost it, I've tried searching for but no luck. If I could also get some help finding it again that would be great thanks

Inflate123 has the games you're looking for.

He posted a link on the bodyinflation.org forums, but it was one of those shit sites that deletes files after 7 days. You could always PM him or something. I think he also has a site. I do believe I've seen him on Expansionmansion.com too.

There's an episode of Negima where one of the protaganists wants to win a big bust competition, but hers are too small. Until Negi steps in to help and casts a spell, but it makes them grow bigger and bigger until they pop.
