Friend got me this book a while back, don't think a second one was ever released. Its a Fantasy/Comedy in which the main character Kana is possessed by a eleven sorceress from there wackyness ensues. To keep it short and sweet she takes the form of the sorceress every time she blushes the process well illustrated. After a while she turns back to her normal form, I figured it should be posted here even though its cross racial it still looks more like AP/AR then transformation. Enjoy ^^

That?s about it really, the rest of it is her walking around in said adult body with more wackyness ensuing >.>. Probably where the BE reference came in when she tries to put on her former cloths and walks around the school in a now very small school uniform. I can look around and see if there is anything else worth posting.

Yep Sokora Refugees is a great book indeed. Does anyone know when the new one comes out?

Best guess? I picked up the first volume of the manga in print right around the time the last Harry Potter book was released around in July of 2k5. Sometime later this year, most likely mid-to-late summer, seems most likely considering that.

I like the feel of the art and story, although the story itself isnt stellar. And she keeps Changing off page -_-

Probably stated earlier in the thread, but there was a controversy in which it was discovered that the writer is also employed in purchasing for a major book retailer, and lo and behold, Sokora Refugees was an incredibly well selling manga.

They pretty much sank out of sight. The artist still has her own page and business going on, but I don't think either is interested in thinking about this.

If anyone happens to have an archive of the entire site, that'd be super. But yes, the above probably should've gone in the request thread.

Well I'm sorry, but your right this should have went into the request thread but I thougth requesting here would be better because people would be able to see the original images and make a better guess as to where they might find things. If anyone's really eager for 'em, they did publish two volumes. Don't know if you can find them on Amazon.com or eBay or wherever, but they are out there, and the second volume does go a little beyond where the website did.

Shame this died...I hate being left hanging.

So this is a bit of a Necro but theirs some interesting development in the Sokora Refrugee front. http://www.tv.com/web/manga-motion-c...ugees-2794211/ this is whats currently been released as far as I've been able to find. We have a few of the early funnier scenes of AR and APishness. I'm kind of wondering though, does anyone have scans of the manga at all? I'd love to pick up and read the entire thing of whats been done so far. But its proven incredibly difficult for me to get ahold of.

Tokyopop is airing sokora refugees as a motion comic every thursday/wednesday every two weeks...I really hope the process is seen better than in the comic as even the intro features Kana's silhouette growing
