Found this image on 4chan. can't find the associated comic, if one exists. (Though it is from Palcomix so I assume so). Personally I love it. I don't see a whole lot of character to character transformations. It's usually just straight tg.

Depends, does said person have to be there to trigger the cloning? If so, I cannot help you, but if the person doesn't have to trigger it but rather is turned into an existing character, you can check out my DA page.

I dug this picture so much, I decided to goof around on Windows Paint and create a sort of "10 seconds later" image, where the "Ayanamification" process would be about 90% finished.

Thanks. I was hoping to shorten Asuka's hair as well to show it was becoming identical to Rei's, but cutting out Asuka's mane took up way too much precious time. I have a life, dammit! A LIFE!!

Hmm...

I like the TF, but at the same time, I don't like the 'cloning' outcome. Would be cooler if it's just a color overwrite/styling thing.

Me too. It's a shame it's so rare. It's always either straight tg or body swap. If I like a girl, I want two of her.

Kinda wish this was everyone turning into Asuka though, I prefer her look to Rei's.

Wow, nice to see someone doing actual artwork of that. I know I did something along similar lines with 3D Custom Girl (you can see it in my topic if you want), but this is something else entirely. Awesome stuff. :D

Rei was one of my first loves in anime so the pic's fine by me. Though I would like to a few more to show the process. I want to see Palcomix actually do BE on Shinji RIGHT for once...

And maybe I'm asking for too much, but if Asuka was to be fully 'Ayanami-ized', she'd have to lose a lot of hair, wouldn't she?

I tend to prefer that transformees retain identifiable characteristics of their former selves anyway. Not as cool if they just become identical clones. Nice work Dr Otto, and Hivemind.

Aww. :) Well there's no reason there shouldn't be room for both, adding the final stage is the easiest anyway. It depends too on who or what they're cloned into, or how it's portrayed, it's nice to have something to give it some flavor.

Yeah, but not much will ever be made because there's so little demand. It's such a weird specific thing.

I don't mind that other people aren't into it. To each their own and all that. Just sad that it means it will remain a neglected subject.

The only time I like character to character TFs is when they get physically turned into their own mother (or into someone elses mother).

Another amateur experiment of mine in "twinning": Naoto (from PERSONA 4) into Rise. I even tried to include a little breast expansion, as Naoto's bust size grows into Rise's dimensions. The paint job is way more obvious this time, but I hope it's decent for what it is.

Hey, there's always Mr Smith's clonapalooza/twinapalooza from "The Matrix" :)

There is also the point that many works are single pics rather than sequences, obviously transitional or incomplete clone tfs will be in the majority with those, or it will just look like a bunch of Rei's or whoever standing around with no sense of transformation, unless their old clothing remains perhaps.
