Very interesting, and a series that has me particularly compelled.


Reading over the first translated chapter, and having also seen some of the proceeding raws too, I think this story has a good deal of potential.


Noting a singular quality, I would like to highlight a few elements. The interesting use of the fairy tail upon which to base such a story, the often shadowy, surreal ambience mingled with everyday mundanity and the hints of a growing disjunction, not only between forms, but also mentally give this story a gravity which is intriguing; particularly as someone who appreciates transformation narratives concerning identity, consciousness and the psyche.


Also, the recurring motif relating to shoes/feet of the transformee, ill-humoured Haruhiko Hanna, deploys a potent, though somewhat underplayed at least to me, symbolism regarding his/her change and predicament.


Overall, I think this will prove to be a interesting and nuanced narrative, at least from what I've seen :).

Wow, I really wanna keep up to date with this one. The story premise is intersting and I like hte artwork. I also like that it seems to be takin in a more serious, less outright "look this guy has boobs and can touch himself now" direction. Thanks for pointing this manga out.

Asshole protagonist, but it looks like he's mellowing out a bit in girl-mode. and he might be starting to learn a few things. SO I have a bit of hope for him yet.

There was an anime series made with the title "Cinderella Boy" but aside from the similarity in the title there's very little in common with this manga.

The anime series was more of a wacky comedy revolving around two private investigators. The male character being something of a Lupin expy and the other being a buxom blonde heiress socialite.

*Spoiler

After the first episode the two characters wind up inhabiting the same body (without knowing it) which changes form and identity at random times thanks to a mob caused accident and a mad scientist. The series from that part out was filled with a cycle of 'fish out of water' jokes usually involving the male character suddenly finding himself in the middle of high society functions dressed in women's clothing and the female character often finding herself in the middle of some dangerous skullduggery. Wacky hijinks ensue.
