A place to put a story with images?
 

So, folks, I'm kinda sorta writing an "epic?" TG story and I want to have pictures to go along with it. I've already created several pics and want to have the entire story with pictures here and there describing the action visually.

Is there some sort of place I can upload these once I'm done so that y'all can read it? I know Fictionmania allows it but are there other areas? Preferably places where you can post comments on the story?

Well... a review thingy...? (which I never bother with) But tghawk is right, it has nothing like a comment system. Probably a blog would work, but I have no idea...

You might as Femur if tgcomics can do something for the story/images and link to their forums for comments... but still its not a all in one package.

I have already talked with Femur and I ran into a roadblock there. See, while it's a TG story and there's adult elements, it's entirely PG otherwise (maybe some swear words that might bump that rating up a tad). There's no sex whatsoever, but that's not what the problem with Femur's site is:

There's a scene in the story with the main character as a very young child (baby-to-toddler age) and it's a crucial element to the story. Because of the presence of an underaged character, however (even though it's told entirely in flashback), that means I cannot post it on TGComics. That also might be a problem for Fictionmania, now that I think about it.

That's kinda arbitrary and technical if it's not allowed due to a flashback. You explained that it was all in flashback, and no shenanigans occur, yeah?

Okay, here's the basic plot. A princess is born in a medieval setting (not on Earth). The Big Bad and his "cult" decide to attack (reasons still unknown to the main character) while she is still a "baby-to-toddler". Because the royal family cannot protect the princess, they have a spell cast on her which gives her the appearance of a male and spirit her away to...Earth. It is now 20+ years later and the princess has grown up on Earth believing herself to be male. She is then called upon and returns to the medieval planet to once again protect it from the Big Bad. She doesn't know any of this (having been too young to know about it) and the story begins with the character believing herself to be a man and leading the reader to believe she's a man as well.

Then, back in the medieval land, the spell is lifted but it takes some time for her to return to her true self. To tell that pre-story to the reader and to the main character, it is shown in a scene similar to the Secret of NIMH cartoon in which Nicodemus shows Mrs. Brisby how the rats became intelligent and how her husband died. This scene includes a transformation of the baby/toddler. Does that count as shenanigans? It's not sexual at all.

Again, there is nothing sexual in this story whatsoever (I couldn't write one competently anyway).

Anyway, TGComics doesn't seem to be the place for innocent stuff. Especially if it's mostly writing. D:

What is wrong with putting it here?

You can put images in a word document and attach it to your post or you can PDF it and attach it to your post, or you can post the text and link the pictures.

Many ways to accomplish that here.

As for tgcomics, your story would depict female baby/toddler transform gender which should only be genetial transformation if shown in the picture aspect would be that crosses the line, the site has created.

You might be able to reimagine the scene and get posting approval.

Oh, this story isn't so innocent. ;) There's just not any sex scenes in it.

When you say "[put] it here", do you mean on the Process store? This story is approaching 100 pages long in 12 point font in Microsoft Word (33,865 words, according to "Word Count") so it's not like I can put it in a forum post. ;)

I discussed this with femur and the mere presence of the baby/toddler in the scene is the problem... at least for selling. I'm not 100% sure it'd be a problem for free submissions. As for the scene in question, I left out any reference to the genital transformation.
