Slow enough that she has time to buy new bras, only to out grow them shortly after.

Love it when it takes long enough for them to adjust to each new size only to outgrow it over and over. :D

I have always wondered what speed people like the process to happen at. I imagine its quite different for everyone.

Yes, it is different for everyone. Personally I like very slow growth. I am mostly into GTS and SW, but I feel the same for BE. Though once they reach a certain size. Speeding up is fine, though as long as it's not instant.
