Demon Slayer (AR) Future AP?
 

So out of the blue I saw someone talk about a scene in

Demon Slayer and there is a character in the show named Nezuko. In the

anime it was just revealed that she has the power to shrink/de-age herself

using a kind of crossfade animation. I immediately started searching to see what

else this could lead to, and in the manga she apparently can make herself

bigger/older to fight demons. I'm not expecting much given how the animation

here looks, but it's at least something to be interested in looking into

Yeah. She has grown older about two times so far in the anime as well. It's

easy to mistake her ability as simply increasing and decreasing her size, but

she is definitely controlling her age, and it becomes vivid in chapter 83 of the

manga, where she goes through an awakening of her power during a harsh

battle and powers herself up by becoming an adult.


Unfortunately, although the anime series seems to be set to have a total of

26 episodes, it doesn't seem like they will be able to reach this chapter. Not

with how the current pacing only covers like 2 chapters per each episode(and

adding extra backstories). Our only hope would be the anime series receiving

another season or so.
