wow this series really has TF potential only 3 chapter and got two of my favorites TF! though no proccess tho .
There is Old lady AR > teen girl every time the grandma does a henshin.
Chapter 1 has Doll TF and old lady transformation into mahou shoujo.

Now that's adorable stuff if I ever saw it! And pre-teen AR is quite rare IMO, so it's always a treat, excellent find!

last chapter had an AR with a little proccess from teenage to baby also TG since the one who was regressed was male before.

not really oh and didn't pay attention on this chapter, this AR was because the woman that holds the baby is actually his mother so she (the mahou shoujo grandma) made him(currently her tho) a baby for the woman relieve happy memories.

a little from what i get the story and a summary for the first chapter (you can see it on the first link i provided) the grandma was chosen to be a mahou shoujo by the little guy because he was drunk and gave the contract to a wrong person, then after he gets better he saw his mistake, a majin which is an evil spirit who is a person that died holds a grudge on something that happened in his/her life, then grandma transforms and surprised she turns into a cute girl and not only that because her life experience she knows how to deal with those "life grudge" they had and by fullfiling it the majin can rest in peace and will be saved.
