I think multi-breast stuff goes in the BE section, actually, since it is, after all, breasts expanding. Perhaps from nothing in the case of multis, but it's still BE I believe.

Besides which, the two often seem to go together- if you see a girl getting an extra pair of boobs or so, the originals will often get BE'd as well so as to have a nice even rack. :)

There used to be some sites that specialized in extra arms, extra legs, extra heads and combinations of the same but I've lost track of them. It's an interesting variation of transformation but seems to have dropped out of sight.
