Today I saw a commercial for a show called Jersey Shore on MTV, and the commercial featured a girl in underwear who altered her body by blowing into a valve on her arm.. There was some very well done breast expansion in that commercial, and some butt expansion too.. I've done my best to find the commercial on the internet, but so far I am without luck.. Just wanted to let you guys know, maybe you'll have better luck finding it than I had.. :)

Well a YT search reveals tonnes of trailers and clips... just none that I can see involving the transformation... Is this for the upcoming season currently planned to air during the summer?

Look up Jersey Shore at dailymotion. It appears to have a bunch of teasers but I cannot view them because they are blocked in my country. I don't know if the ad is there, but it has more than youtube.

I use Firefox and I just used the DownloadHelper extension, brings up a list of video media on a web page and allows you to download (DailyMotion, YouTube, etc).

Only thing so far i've been unable to get was Ugly Americans BE clip from Comedy Central, you'd need a packet sniffer program for that one, deeply imbedded video.

Grab the "Flash Video Download" Add-on for Firefox, browse to the page and wait for the video to start playing and click the icon in the bottom right of the window border.
