I've got that one. It has two size changes in this film. Alice also uses a double sided mirror called the looking glass to change size. One size makes her smaller and the other makes her larger.

1. The first size change is in the room with many doors. First she shrinks and then grows too big (Everyone knows that)

2. At the end when Alice grows out of the courtroom in one of the best growth scenes I've ever seen.

In the UK its available on DVD along with the Jungle Book and Ali Baba. The film itself is around 40 minutes long.

Yeah, I have seen this one before. I have no idea where its from, and if there is more of it. My guess from the langlauge and the overall drawing style is that is must be from a fumetti, an italian comic, quite possible a fumetti neri, which where quite infamous pulp adult comic from the 1970s and 1980s. Then again, the obviously good printing quality speaks against that.
