I made an edit a loooooong time ago, where Megaman.EXE used RollSoul and... a little extra happened other than color scheme and abilities..

Indeed. Now I'm picturing a horrifying tentacled phantom slowly driving you insane. Except instead of just a complete mental breakdown, a shift in your gender and sex as you slowly become more feminine and taken with womanly things and thoughts, and with enough exposure a slow transformation.
