Log Horizon Gender transformation
 

Episode one of log horizon a character named Akatsuki is really a cute little girl in real life. In the game she is stuck as a man at the beginning of the game. So she ask her friend for a appearance changing potion so she transform her male character into a female character. The transformation happens between 10:46 - 11:09.

Really? I didn't realize that it was a male body, I thought it was just an adult body, and they were just actively not using gender markers in speech.

Nope, it was a male body. She even says afterward that she was saved from having to be stuck as a guy.

Damn...(Facepalms) I can't believe another excellent TF concept has been wasted by being offscreen. What's up with anime series this year? It looks like anime artists nowadays just don't have any romance in drawing detailed transformation sequences. Anime in the old days were a lot better when it came to featuring transformations. Some of them tended to show everything.
