Zanki Zero, created by the team and director who made the danganronpa series, is making an upcoming first person rougelike RPG where clones are trying to find their way out of a dangerous city in order to find a place where they can be safer.

The gimmick here though is that the clones age incredibly quickly, so they start out as kids, then become adults, and then become old people and rot away (each with gameplay benefits and weaknesses, so like kids can't use weapons, but can attack faster). There is AR in the game though, as there is a machine that "extends" their lives

Basically it gives them a new body or heals their body completely and turns them back into kids. (And the ones that explain the mechanism are astro boy inspired parodies).

The game is probably going to be good, I'm just shocked no one really talked about this.

It didn't come out yet, but the 'change' transformation wasn't shown yet.

Also, the lamb character is voiced by the person who did Goku in Japanese, and the boy during Extend TV is voiced by the person who did Freeza in Japanese.
(Thought it was fun trivia)

Just a heads up here: The game released in Japan last year, but is finally releasing in the West in two weeks. There are some censorship concerns, but there may still be some promise here! I will likely pick it up regardless, and if there is any interest I can report back.
