I found this on 4chan & I'm relatively confident this hasn't been posted before.
It's a Doujin od The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya called Behind Moon
I've posted all of the hi-lights, I'd post the whole thing but I don't know how to make a .zip file or whatever it is

How to create a zip file
 

Step 1: Download Winrar from here

Step 2: Install, making sure that integrate into shell is selected

Step 3: After placing all the images into one folder, right-click on the folder and select "Add to archive..."

Step 4: Under "Archive Format" select zip and proceed to Step 5 (or if the file is larger than the max allowed on the forum, select rar and proceed to Step 4.1)

Step 4.1: If you selected rar as the format then in the "Split to volumes, bytes" field type 5 mb, or any other size which you feel would be appropriate

Step 5: Click ok

You should now have a zip or rar file ready for posting on the forums! By the way, in case you couldn't tell, nice find and I would love to see the rest!

Actually, it's not called "BehindMoon", BehindMoon is the Artist, the same person who did Dulce Report.

Umm, I think that the shell thing is what adds the extra commands to the right click menu. If you install it with all the default settings, I believe that it will already have it selected. So all you need to do is click ok a bunch of times.

This is all so confusing to me! T-T
