Teucer - Artist
 

This is Teucer--I don't know if anyone remembers me anymore: I had a Transfur account 14 years ago, before it was unceremoniously deleted with no notice along with all the digital versions of everything I'd posted there. Maybe if you wayback machine it?

Anyway, after my long, long hiatus I posted TF artwork for the first time today. I don't know how the cool kids do it these days, but I hope you will help this old man figure things out.

My twitter handle is @TeucerTF and I made my own hashtag #TeucerTF.

I'll be posting semi-regularly, maybe, from now on, so if you follow me there you'll get the notifications. Otherwise I'm just going to dump my work in my DeviantArt account I've used for more pedestrian work over the years and hope not to terrify my old followers there too much. I have a larger version of the image I've attached there along with a very short story to accompany it. Further down the road I might upload to pixiv or go down the patreon road, but for now this is the plan.

That's it for the interruption: I'll let you all get back to whatever you were doing.

Welcome back. If my memory serves me correctly, 2005 is roughly when Transfur stopped hosting websites. I remember that caused a bit of a mess in the TF community for some time.
I did try to search for your old art on the Wayback Machine, but couldn't find anything. Were you using a different username in that time by any chance?

Took some digging. This is from late 2002. I was already dumped by 2003 or 2004 it seems. Nothing too amazing in that gallery and a lot of holes in the archive.

Ho... That would be something I'd definitely be interested in seeing. I like to think I've improved a little since then, but I don't have a lot of concrete evidence to point to.

BTW, are you <i>that</i> Dragon? As in, dragon.furvect.com? Cuz man, I used to love that site.

I was as minor as they came back then. I was like 18 or 19 at the time which was the late 90s and early 2000s
and was basically teaching myself to draw every night before bed. Even if you were around back then it wouldn't be surprising to have never noticed me
