Incredibly cute manga, translation only covers up to volume 3 currently. But it's well worth the read through, the story is actually pretty compelling thus far for the first 3 volumes and offers a few good action scenes. It's a lolli manga and it's framed pretty much as that, so it's meant to just kind of overload you with cuteness, but in the background there is a story kind of unfolding. The worlds reproductive rates have dropped to 0, there are multiple organizations all vying to complete a solution before time runs out and humanity becomes extinct. At the same time, terrorists are constantly trying to steal Myu "the last child". So there is plenty of action with each one of the "test subjects" (other children created by the protags father) having some kind of ability.

As a quick side note, editing this in, it looks like it's possible the translation has stopped for this and it IS completed in japanese ending with volume 6
