Here, at the bottom of this page. It's mainly tg (Understandable, since it's Kittyhawk,) but the person also changes race from white to hawaiian.

Also I know this but not too sure people seen this before, A while male turins into a black female.

Transformation is near the end and is more of a morph but it still does the job.

From Excalibur #8! Meggan gets lost in New York and empathically shapeshifts into a variety of races. Poof TFs, but are oddly satisfying.

Also, The Coconuts. A South African sitcom about a white family who goes through a racial transformation after spending a night on a Zulu burial ground. Their black maid turns white. A scathing commentary of post-apartheid race relations (not really). Poofs.
