I'm sorry if this has been posted before, although I don't remember ever seeing it on this forum previously. It looks like it's from a hentai game, although I have no idea which one. The woman in this 12-pic series gets progressively larger each image, going from a flat stomach in the first image to a large 9 months in the final one. Her breasts increase in size a bit too, with lactation starting on the 6th image. A well-drawn series.

EDIT: I realized that these pics are slightly out of order: pic 11 should have been a bit earlier, I think (because she's not lactating and her nipples haven't darkened yet). I don't know the correct order for sure, though.

Yeah it is quite the disturbing manga. Too young, too nude, violence great.

Yeah, some of it can be a little hard to stomach, and I don't recommend to everyone (how young she is would be a big factor, but after it became apparent that she isn't entirely 'human', it didn't bother me quite as much). Lately it's been more than a bit hard to follow, although that may be more due to poor translation than anything else. I love the art though; I liked Tamaoki Benkyo's art ever since I saw his erotic short story in Secret Comics Japan. There a hard, 'dry', in-your-face quality to his linework, and his characters are a bit more realistic without being photorealistic (which I find pointless; I'm not a big Ryoichi Ikegami fan, for instance, although I admire his skill). I also love how expressive his faces are without resorting to overexaggeration. Actually, a lot of these quality could also be said about Naoki Yamamoto's art, and I'm a big fan of him, too.
