I have very early memories of seeing this film, but information about it is almost impossible to find. This synopsis is a new development, though. Thank you, sjcobert! Perhaps one day someone will finally post it online in video form.

I saw this on TV when I was younger, like single-digits age. I don't remember what channel, but I remember liking it a lot.

Little (heh!) did I know then that later in my life I'd really be into the idea of shrinking women and wish I could track this film down!

If memory recalls this animation was based on a book. I think the cartoon was featured on reading rainbow once.

This sounds terribly underwhelming for numerous reasons. On the other hand though, it is interesting just where the hell you'd have to look to find it.
