As the title says the hentai OVA for DATES Residence doujin series has now been released and is uploaded online. Unfortunately as I'm writing this, it hasn't been subbed yet or I haven't found anything on it. For those interested aswell taniguchi-sans Insert Doujin series is also getting animated and releasing this year also.

Word of advice I recommend going in with an Adblocker or something that hides the ads since it might be a bit much to take in. This is also NFSW.

Edit: I forgot to mention there is process in it. Not necessarily the first story covered but the second story which is in the one video is done really well. There is also either AP process or BE in the second story also.

I can understand if you don't, I didn't want to use the site mainly because of how intrusive and annoying the ads were. I would of linked Hentai Haven but they didn't have it on their site to link yet.
