Being another AR enthusiast myself, I use a few Japanese terms tp search for stuff here and there. I may not know the first thing about Japanese, but I've been able to pick up a few tags:

"幼児化" (Infantification)

"若返り" (Rejuvenation)

"ロリ化" (Lolitization)

"幼女化" ("Young girl-ification"; the translation only answered "young girl", but the suffix implies a transformation, as far as I can tell).

And outside of Pixiv, I use the same tags as well as translated Japanese sentences to try and find AR content, like "赤ん坊になった" and "赤ちゃんになった" (which apparently both mean "became a baby"). It's a bit archaic, but it worked a few times; that's how I found some of the ARs I mentioned on this section.

As a side note, here's a few ARs I found here and there.
