You're welcome! I use this method myself if I ever come across something.
http://saucenao.com/ to find out the source of something, most of the time it will find the link to the picture and the artist. If you are saving pictures from pixiv, don't rename them.
The picture ID's are also a way to find them back on pixiv.
Assuming the artist still exists or removed the picture, that also happens at times.

That account started out as an archive for the work of PrivateMarshal when he departed the scene, I think, so his work wouldn't disappear. I'm not sure what's going on with it now.

Being another AR enthusiast myself, I use a few Japanese terms tp search for stuff here and there. I may not know the first thing about Japanese, but I've been able to pick up a few tags:

"幼児化" (Infantification)

"若返り" (Rejuvenation)

"ロリ化" (Lolitization)

"幼女化" ("Young girl-ification"; the translation only answered "young girl", but the suffix implies a transformation, as far as I can tell).

And outside of Pixiv, I use the same tags as well as translated Japanese sentences to try and find AR content, like "赤ん坊になった" and "赤ちゃんになった" (which apparently both mean "became a baby"). It's a bit archaic, but it worked a few times; that's how I found some of the ARs I mentioned on this section.

As a side note, here's a few ARs I found here and there.
