Not sure this has been posted before but this is the 1903 film of Alice In Wonderland. To my knowledge it is the first film adaptation of the book and the first film to ever show someone changing size.

Sarah finds something in her house that says "drink me." She decides, why not, and gulps the liquid down. All of a sudden her body starts expanding. She is growing bigger, and bigger, and bigger until she is getting too big for her house. This is when her, now enormous, feet break through the walls of her house and continue to grow outwards. Sarah's arms break through the windows and her head smashes through the ceiling. Now a Giantess, Sarah is wedged inside her house. But, she keeps growing and manages to escape her house through the now destroyed roof. But, surprisingly, this does not scare or worry her. Instead, her greater size turns her on and makes her feel powerful.

Miss Whitney Morgan is Alice from Alice in Wonderland after she's just past the "eat me, drink me" scene.. finding herself as a big klutzy giantess that has outgrown the viewer's house.

She's slammed tight up against every wall, the ceiling, arms, legs already bust through. Her shoes popped off to reveal her white pantyhose tights towards the camera.. and she seems to have an allergy.. and with every sneeze she feels herself growing more and more, her white tights feet getting closer to the camera.. her sneezes bigger, wetter until they BLOW YOU AWAY!

Just stumbled across this one where a female chef is making the Eat Me cookies from AiW and just after she says goodbye she eats one of them and grows. Nothing special and very quick but still something I guess.
