It's Kato Hayabusa's new(er) inflation doujin.

Some people didn't like it because it involved farting, and while inflation isn't my thing, I love Kato Hayabusa, and so I have like... everything he's done.

The link you provided is not the download link, unfortunately. It gives most people an interesting error called "Internal Page".
