At the end of issue 9 of the current series Julie Power mistakenly eats a magic cupcake and is regressed into prepubescence. Changing her back will presumably be a priority in the next issue.

yeah read the issue. from what is known. she was 19 and is now 13. Unless they find a cure or something she will remain 13 forever. never aging a day

i bet everyone on earth would say being 13 for eternity would be a living hell. forever stuck at early puberty (small breasts, higher voice, zits) never being old enough (or at least pass as such) to drink, no more r rated movies unless accompanied by an adult, never getting married and having kids (at least without stares)...and having your younger siblings (which she still has) eventually become older then you
