As for the number of changes, the main character is permanently M2F TG'd, one male love interest is temporarily M2F TG'd, one of the female love interest has a BE animation, a few characters get cat ears/tails, and two characters have an extra transformation at the end of the game. There's also several supporting characters who have been TF'd offscreen, such as a few girls who used to be guys and lots of girls with foxears.

As far as I know it's not in the game yet. That said, I haven't played the latest build much.

Hey Lach, just wanted to say, great work so far! You've probably answered this somewhere already but I'm lazy and you're here, and I going to be able to keep playing the game off of steam or is it going to be like DNA Extreme? I'd rather not have to go offline whenever I want to play it :P

We're going to keep updating the game on Humble, Desura was bought out and run into the ground by a scammer which was completely out of our hands, so as long as Humble stays afloat we'll be able to update the game there. I'd personally get the game on Steam because it's much easier to roll out updates to, but we'll be available on both platforms.


The second TG scene is in the game already, but it isn't animated. Max's partner Brad is TG'd during a scene at CoffeeShrine, the foxgirl shrinegirl coffee store.

I honestly would put it on Steam if I wasn't such a huge coward about my kinks. Hell, I'm pretty sure my friends wouldn't even bat an eye, but I'm a big scared baby.

Anyways, keep up the great work, the game is seriously good so far!

Max's Big Bust doesn't have any digital rights management, which are basically anti-piracy programs that stop you from stealing the game. Steam kind of does this in a way and some view it as DRM, but you can play Steam in offline mode so it's not really an issue, but DRM can be really annoying for some newer AAA games.

If you buy the game on Humble you get a download link to the game, and you don't need to run any additional programs to play it.


In game related news, I listened to a lot of feedback from this forum and a few other places around the internet, and we've decided to add another transformation to the game. It'll be fully animated and most likely cost an absolute fortune again, but adding an extra character (kinda!) to the game will be super awesome, and we think it'll make a lot of people here very happy. This won't happen until the waterpark update though, so you've got some waiting ahead of you!

You should be able to guess which character, but the transformation might surprise you. It's still in the early stages but I've got the sketches for both new forms of the character and she looks awesome, I'm confident people will be really happy with what we've got planned. I'll give you a hint, it may involve another marble :p

Sorry to get a bit off topic, but I purchased and downloaded another Steam TG game (gender bender DNA twister) last week and it doesn't work. It opens the menu screen but doesn't let me click on things. Does anyone know what's wrong?

Hey Weirdo D

That game is also by me, so this is actually a good place to ask for help. When the game pops up there should be a character select screen, and by default it's for Yael. In the bottom left of the screen there's some arrows and a Start button, if you click on those you can change characters and start the game.

Sorry if it's a bit confusing, I wasn't in charge of the HUD design in that game unlike Max :P

If it's some other error let me know either here or on the Steam forums and I'll look into getting it fixed!

Those ears... They are certainly those of cats' and not to be mistaken for those of foxes'. There are only 3 characters in the game so far who has them. I also think I can slightly see a cat tail. And that hair antennae? There's only one character among those 3 who has it. It must be... KITTY~!!! Or, I can be completely off, and she could be characters like Alyssa XD (Pose wise, the silhouette looks similar to hers)

It's not Kitty. Another character gets cat ears prior to this transformation, I'll give you that much as a hint :p

That's really bizarre and I've got no idea what's causing it. Has the game completely crashed (i.e. no music playing) or can you still interact with it? This is the first I've heard of it happening.

Then the likely candidate would be Holy, but she's way too obvious. And besides, Holy doesn't have a hair antennae, and I don't think gem transformations change one's hair that much. Not to mention that the silhouette's physique looks a bit short to be Holy. Hmmm...

In Max news, development on the new update is going really well and I'm hoping to have it finished in the next few days. It ended up being twice as long as initially planned, but it's a lot of fun so hopefully everyone will enjoy the new nightclub content.

OMG... What a strange coincidence.. I was just thinking about asking you which voice actors you would prefer for the characters in Max's Big Bust if you could hire them. But really?! Actual voice acting?!!! That and the fact it's in Japanese are things I definitely wasn't expecting to happen! Whoever it is, I think her voice is unique and tomboyish enough to suit girl Max well. ;) And it is simply wonderful seeing Max in her glorious swimsuit come to life~ But just out of curiosity, why Japanese? I thought this game's setting was somewhere like Australia... Maybe because the animation team is Japanese?

There's one final TF animation currently in production (should be finished in 2-3 months) where a character does wind up with bigger breasts, but that's not the main focus of the animation.

The animations are super expensive, and the plan is to hopefully have 5 of them in the game. 3 of them are TF themed (Max's Gender Swap, Ember's BE, Holly's... well...) and the other 2 are action oriented (Max's mall chase, the final scene..) There had to be a limit to these just because of the budget of the game, it's already cost a hell of a lot to develop.

That being said, Max's Big Bust is probably the biggest TF/TG themed game out there. It's got over 40 unique characters, 50 locations, 30 CG, an absolute fucktonne of content to read through. In terms of content it puts all of those $12 Sakura Spirit VNs on Steam to shame, and I'm extremely happy with how the game is going.

Plus, there's going to be more games by Lached Up Games. The next game will focus on Alluna and Brie and a large number of tentacle monster girls, but there's going to be more animations on way. Just not any more than 5 for Max.

I can't talk about Steam sales because that entire part of the site is under an NDA, but the game is doing well. So far all the sales from Early Access have gone directly into the development budget, which is why we were able to add extra stuff like the extra transformation, several new characters and outfits, more CG and backgrounds as well as bigger and more expansive animations like the chase scene. So every little bit helps.

What's the game you're working on? It'd be cool to see someone else's take on making something like this.
