Glad you liked it! Wait until you see part 2... xD

Props to Raso719 for the original idea this adaptation was based on.

When is part 2. Also. I like how the shrinking isn't directly addressed. Its normalized and considered a part of every day life. While I may want to know why, it's probably better it's never addressed.

The script for the second and final part is completed; it's just going to be a matter of when Hmage is available and we have an opening for Shrink Fan production.

Mac Rome really likes it and we think the fans will love it, so it's high on our priorities list. :)

Turning the very first page, the first thing you notice is the splendid artwork.
While it might happen on some comics that you have some pages of less quality and on some others with more details, this one remains its high quality and rich dept of details of each panel from the first till the last page. Those backgrounds are wonderfully worked out and deserve special attention.
Exploring every panel and turning each page to see what happens next is a joy.

The next thing that catches your eyes is Doreen’s adorable character design. How could such a cute girl get unnoticed?
However, it is not her character design that went all well worked out, it is all of them.
Even those minor characters, who have only a small appearance and are not whatsoever important to the story, stay in mind. Then on a second though, those characters are not that minor after all, are they the reason for Doreen’s jealousy that her friends got a boyfriend, and she left behind.

Is this ‘The Invisible Girl’ now a pretty picture book?
No, comics live from its stories and strong and well written characters.
In this weird world where women shrink if they fell in love and get aroused, this temporarily loss of size is not only a matter of erotic but also shows their vulnerability, if they open their feelings to others.
Doreen is lonely, you can share her sorrow on each of her sad face expressions, sympathize with her monologue thought and her jealousy if one of her friends found their luck with their boyfriend. To protect herself from such jealously, she hides her feelings.
Although lonely, she also takes no means against it.

Things went upside down when she shares a room with Megan Wolowitz.
Without spoiling too much, she is not a bad person, but she is busy with her own world and doesn’t really care for her room-mate. Otherwise, she’d have noticed that something bothers Daleen.

Does this comic made nothing wrong?
Not entirely. There are parts where why a clearly straight women would suddenly fantasizing about other women, which seems to be unfit to her whole character. Luckily those are just temporarily day dreams in her imagination.
Her reoccurring wet dreams become after a while repetitive.
Then there is this “to be continued...”. On the one hand it is bothersome to wait so long for the next issue and if this story couldn’t be told in one comic. On the other hand, if the story around Doreen is keeping developing into an interesting direction, the waiting might be worth it.

What about the shrinking?
The shrinking sequences are amazing. Although the girls never get smaller than half their size, it is fun watching them slowly shrinking into their clothes.
Doreen’s attempts to hide the fact that she had shrunken an inch or more, are as adorable as her whole character is.

Summary:
Just for the case you haven’t noticed, this comic is definitely worth a read.
Does it need more words?

So. I can't stop thinking about this. VERY distracting at work. (Because the more I thought about it the smaller I got. *wink*) If anyone would like to set up a Lesbian scene in this world, let me know! I would LOVE to RP it. I also have discord and F-list for those who ask.

Ash: Thanks for the detailed review! Glad you liked it so much. I have to agree that Hmage does beautiful artwork.

The only thing I wonder about is how you know Doreen is "clearly straight." She's never even kissed anybody; maybe she'd just never thought about girls that way before she met Megan? :D

Elf: ....oh, yeah. You're gonna like part 2. ;)

I can be mistaken, but from the comic Doreen seems to secretly wish to have a boyfriend.
She also didn't fantasized about her other friends, if they had boyfriends.
That's what made me puzzled.

Maybe she also imagined how it would be to be Megan who makes out with John, for in the end he seems to the object of her desire. ;)

Greetings
